- Removed a file which conflicted with other addons.
- Changed the campaign music from The Parish to The Sacrifice.

- Added an Infected-breakable barricade in one of the houses before the sewer drop.

Map 4

- After exiting the jazzclub or Ramsey cafe, Survivors can now climb over the van back onto the street.
- Added semi-truck at the end of the street for extra cover for players in Versus Mode.
- Chairs in the Ramsey cafe will no longer collide with players. The tables are also now breakable.
- Removed part of the railing around the outside upper level of Ramsey cafe. The lanterns and plants along the wall will no longer collide with players.
- Miscellaneous navigation tweaks.

Map 5

- Added new Infected ladders.
- Miscellaneous navigation tweaks.

Initial release: alpha version 1.0

To install, extract the file, named thedarkparish_av1.vpk, from the .zip archive to:
C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons

Some things should be noted ahead of time about this first alpha version:
- The optimization will undoubtedly be worse than the official campaign, because of the lengths I've gone to open rooftops and other areas for Infected to attack from.
- The weapon spawns in maps 2 and 3 are somewhat broken. For now, expect to find less weapon caches and throwables. This will be addressed in a future update.
- Survival Mode on the bridge in The Parish 5 is broken as well, but can still be played through the console. I intended to open the playable area to the whole bridge, but this has affected Infected spawn rates.
- The Survivors don't speak much outside of the intros in maps 1 and 5. This will be addressed in a future update.
- The placement of weapons and gascans in Scavenge Mode on maps 1 and 3 are subject to change based on player feedback.
- There are some missing ambient sounds, notably for fires.

Pros:

Dark Environment
Disadvantages making the campaign of this map more challenging.
Better weapon spawns

Cons:

Loading Screen is the same as the original
Some maps were too similar to the original
Not many changes
Not much supplies for survival

Conclusion:

Overall, the map was a great idea. I also liked how you made the witch sit down like she does at night time. Although, the map did get very boring around chapter 3 as it was too close to the original. It would have been better if you put more creativity into some different changes. I wish to see more creativity from you in the future. Good Luck!

Pros:

+ Night.
+ Brightly lit interiors, contrasts nicely with the dark atmosphere outside.
+ Different paths.

Cons:

- NOT ENOUGH SUPPLIES. Everything (consumables, throwables, weapons) is scarce everywhere (normal path, out of the way, in saferooms). No melee weapon at the start of map 1, either.
- Map 4 could use some hints as to where to go once upstairs in the bar.
- Apart from map 4, it's way too similar to the original.

Conclusion:

Decent campaign, but it needs more changes and more supplies.

Pros:

Everything, it is just better than original - more climatic, harder, but with balanced difficulty, with better weapon spawns (I mean in The Parish players are spammed with weapons)... It would be too long to list everything

Cons:

Flying jets at night look at least weird
Still no ammo pile just before bridge
Deleting almost all items from last saferoom is also bad idea - it would be better to swap 4 medkits to e.g. one or two defibrillators and temporary healing items, saving one or two throwables would also do the trick (I had problems with finding any in 3rd and 4th map)

Conclusion:

"Nice job."
