have you done the following:
1. extract the mod with a steam icon
2. click twice on the icon it should say afterwards "mod sucessfully installed"
3. place the mod into C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons
if you have done these steps, yet it didnt work then i dont know
do you have the left 4 dead bought in steam, or is it downloaded from the torrents?
is its downloaded from the torrents then you need to install some updates, and it brings alot of work.
@Dude555 I am not sure but I think I made the mod for licker-hunter sounds, and if not, Richy221 did for sure.

1. the hunter being blind, walking on four, fits perfectly with the licker
2. makes the game more scarier and more resident evil style
1. too bad he can't crawl on walls and roofs
2. no custom sound for him
