Description

Just a simple skin I made when I was bored. Replaces Bill's military uniform with a more casual look, giving him a brownish jacket, removing the tear in the back of said Jacket, giving him dark grey pants, and a black beret. Includes custom Bump and Specular maps.

Updated to v1.1
Simple tweaks to the beret and shirt, see the changelog for more specific details. Comments/criticism on the changes welcome.

Pros:

It's nice to see a Bill skin that isn't him in some sort of military outfit. Clearly, this took more thought than the obvious route some skinners take with Bill(No offense to them).

Bill was also as a whole not seeing much love from skinners.

Cons:

I suppose you could also do something with the hat, but that's more of an improvement than a con.

Conclusion:

Very good skin, currently my Bill skin of choice.
