    Pros:

    Well, it's Kaito.  My favorite Vocaloid~
You chose a decent one, too. (I'm fond of his ProjectDiva model~)
And it's cool hearing Nick's voice come out of his mouth.

    Cons:

    The only con I can think of is just the hands and fingers.
Other than that, he works just fine. :)

    Conclusion:

    All-in-all, he's a good model.  I can most definitely get Team Vocaloid in L4D.
