A HUD icon for the M4A1, since any M4 I downloaded seems to use the stock M16 icon. It comes from L4D1, though I removed what looked like a silencer since no models include one.
The texture is a stand-alone so it doesn't conflict with any other hud icon changes, though M16 scripts will conflict.
