I of starts to make new campaign Cold Fear,I hope campaign to you it is pleasant! I make to finish all up to mind and to make well!
This was a fun and engaging campaign, with well scripted music and interesting locations. My favourite was the plane crashed in the streets... very unique ideas here, and it kept things interesting so that the player doesn't get bored. That being said, there were a few niggling gripes I had on the level that could have improved it to the perfect score it deserved.
Lvl 1 - There was no intro pan across the map, you just spawn, and there's no ticker in the tab menu to show what level you're on - 2 pts
Lvl 2 - A tank spawned right outside the saferoom, before we even left! Could cause players trouble on higher difficulties that make it out of the room - 5pts
Lvl 3 - A witch spawn on a rooftop doesn't allow the bots to avoid her; they simply keep backing up and can't move on, leaving any human players without backup, unless they disturb the witch - 2pts
Lvl 4 - Some of the rooftops that you can fall onto can't be reached by the bots, so they hang around trying to revive you until you expire; if the bots can't reach you, falling to that area should just be an insta-kill.
Lvl 5 - A couple minor things; the radio has no voice coming from it, and could at least use the Death Toll voices, and the boat doesn't pull out in the dock at the end. It just sits there. - 2pts
Aside from those really minor, niggling issues, I had a blast with this map. It was fun, engaging, and despite my long list of issues there, all of them were really relatively minor. I'll be keeping this map around indefinitely.
My problem with this campaign is the bots never will get on the boat when it arrives. So, i sit on the boat and pick off what i can and the bots end up dying with me as the sole survivor.
That and while fighting off hordes at the end trying get the bots on the boat, we have tank after tank. It's bulls!t like this that p!sses me off with some of these authors. They must think it's funny or something. I don't. It things like this that makes me delete this stuff off my system. No sense in playing something you can't win. If i want that, i play survival maps.
Therefore, i rate it a flat 50.
