This is the second map from my first Left 4 Dead Campaign. Players must fight their way through english countryside, into an abandoned world war 2 bunker and along a stretch of motorway.
The VPK also includes an updated version of the first level (Town Centre)
I quite like that idea actually. My original idea was to end up at a train station but thats probably been done a million times already. I've started work now on a finale area which is going to be a small, old english port.
Maybe your last map should be on a beach shore, Maybe they could escape on a yacht. You have to run through the water and climb onto the yacht? I'm sure you could find a free yacht model on the net and import it into your campaign, otherwise I could try modelling it for you. What I do think you need to do though is use British voices in the finale though.
Definately agree with you about the fog. Havent really noticed the decal problem myself but i'll look into it and have both problems fixed in the next update, thanks for the feedback
I don't know why I don't see my previous comment but let me make one now.
THis is quite nice, however that fog does not look good. It is too white is there no way that it can be bluer? Like in death Toll. This takes place at night but that fog ruins it. Another problem is that many of the objects and decals ie: Level B, etc.. are not lit correctly, they appear black until you shine your torch on it. This needs to be fixed.
Kind of obvious that third map should include the school somehow.

Please whatever you do, try to have a decent finale escape theomarta, there are some good tutorials on l4d wiki. Maybe you could have the camera do a 270 degree orbit around the boat as it leaves with the dock in the background as it fades out.
