This changes the main menu into Fairy Tail's first opening titled Snow Fairy.
Before installing please backup your...
steam/steamapps/common/left4dead2/left4dead2/media

To install first download the file then make 4 more copies so in total you have 5 then number the extra 4 in order like this... l4d2_background02 and so on until you get to 05. Then copy those files into the media folder above, and then also delete the l4d2 music folder above but please make sure you back up the folders beforehand. Once you've done that it is now installed!
I will not be uploading a video because I already tried and it got blocked worldwide.
