SO! Here's what happened, I asked K1CHWA to make a beta health cabinet, once I got it, it looked like it could have used a little more work, and the fact that is was saved as DXT1 format made it lose a hell of a lot of more quality. So this is what I did I remade the base texture (The white frame) and then interpreted K1CHWAs little details such as the Green crosses and the FIRST AID STATION text, I mean I couldnt remake those.

So if you hate me because of this, I couldn't really give a rats ass.

yay for a new CoD weapon L4D1 mod
I know there is a lot of em but who cares

IMPORTANT:
MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL PAK01_DIR, as it is a trial version.
Place the .vpk file in [Your L4D Folder]\left4dead\addons\.

You need to then edit the names in pak01_dir.vpk in [Your L4D Folder]\left4dead\.
Make a copy of pak01_dir.vpk first, leave the copy there incase you want to uninstall.
Open the actual pak01_dir.vpk in Notepad++.
Press CTRL+F.
Click the Replace tab, and replace ALL instances of each of the following (without the quotes):

"survivor_teenangst" -> "survivor_teenangsd"

"s_panel_teenangst" -> "s_panel_teenangsd"

"select_zoey" -> "select_boey"

-Save
