Pros:

Great environment design
Very nicely done illusion of npc's in the church
Cool easter egg
Awesome direction and searchable environment
contrary to the others there is some dialog and various directional announcments which was enough to get me going

Cons:

I was killed by the falling car in the train station
There was a glitch in the easter egg in the unsearchable lava area where you saw the repeating texture glitch

Conclusion:

It's amazingly well done with awsome sense of direction and great custom materials with awsome posters and although the finale is laggy it was beautiful and its easy to notice that there was an extreme attention to detail
(Maybe just a suggestion but lowering the texture pan of the waterfall at the finale it seemed a little to fast that or others have been to slow.)
Good luck on getting jobs in the industry but its definite that all of the people on your team wont have trouble.
