Replaces Rochelle's In-game and Lobby pictures with Heather Mason from Silent Hill 3.

As a side note, I'm also still waiting for a real fix for Heather's messed up animations when playing online.

Lighthearted and colorful.
Cons:Appeals to the intended audience, being the bronies.
Design doesn't seem to be explicitly pasted on, to a degree. In turn, feels authentic yet not.
Conclusion:This skin may not fit the whole apocalypse theme, but A LOT of good mods don't stick to theme and get away with it.
Honestly there's nothing wrong with it; part of the fun of mods is being able to make something so..."out there."
Giving the skin a low score simply because of a shallow hatred of its origin is immature.
