Pros:

It glows making it so much easier to find in dark areas.
You'll be one of the first to find it hiding if not the first.
Great label detail.

None

You need this whether you t hink this is a minor mod or not.

Really nice! It's easier to spot, the glowing looks amazing! I like it!

None!
