read change log to edit whitelist.cfg

since L4Dmaps can only upload 1 vpk file per mod
if you interested in other GUI
search 'L4D style HUD Pack' at Google

-NOTICE-
If you have install other GUI mod (or playermodel mod)
you must check whether these mod have modified file 
under 'resource\ui\hud' and 'materials\vgui\hud'
If they do, then this mod  may not 100% work

Pros:

Great HUD! really brings back the atmosphere. 
Works great with font mods and menu mods.

Cons:

none

Conclusion:

With a couple of other mods it works great at bringing back the original L4D atmosphere. Highly recommended to all who, like me, hate the L4D2 visuals. I think I'll pack it together with a couple of other mods to make a general L4D1-style mod.
