'Theatre of the Dead' beta V1.2 Change log:
-updated 3D skybox much more realistic w/ dynamic clouds and smoke
-updated fog setting optimized to match with skybox texture (no more
blue buildings sticking out like sore thumb), and more of the building
detail can be seen
-updated subway vending machines into ticket vending machines, with mini
movie poster displays
-finished updating all railings from 4x4 to 2x2 thickness
-added water to the water fountain, and navigation for the bots to jump
from it to the dumpster outside, now full of dirt and has ammo and stuff
-added some dead infected all around the map
-added a couple of 'narrative scenes' with corpses that look like they
were holding up before dying
-added plenty of weapons/ammo/health/gas can/propane tank items
throughout the map

-Navigation is working very well now. Regular infected and special infected come from all areas of the map. The entire map is now marked as FINALE and BATTLEFIELD in the navigation mesh.
-Perimeter fences are now climbable by the infected
-railings along staircases have now been thinned out to 2x2 from 4x4 to add to make them less blocky and more realistic looking
(Note: the 4 railings within the actual theatres have not been changed to 2x2 yet but I only noticed this after testing this version so it will be done in next release :D)
-the back stairs have been modified to include a loading dock with a trailer parked
-staircases throughout the level have been modified to fit the Valve spec of 8 height and 12 deep for each step.

Current VPK package has missing Arcade Cabinet model causing Error message in its place. This has been repaired in the new VPK package I have created just need to wait until tomorrow (09/20/09) to upload it.
This survival map is a multiplex theatre, featuring 4 theatres, a second floor food court, an arcade area, offices, party room, concession stand, projector rooms, etc. Lots of places to hold out! It's the first map of a campaign in the works.
