It's a fine port and you should download this if you want to experience L4D1 campaign with L4D2 zombies and weapons.

- absolutely NOT challenging! where are the zombie-rushes? faaaar to easy!
- "Server is enforcing consistency" error when we tried to play on realism. how to solve that?

Played it yesterday on "expert" with a friend .. till we reached the final stand at the end (with its 4 tanks) we ran thru the levels like nothing. the original L4D map had been much more challenging than this. you know the sniping-moment at the roof of the church? there had been dozens of zombies in the original version, we had to snipe for 5 minutes to clear the area. now there were just a few zombies, no problem. would be a great thing to experience the old maps with new weapons, setting, etc., but this is truly a "piece of cake".

-Great ammo & weapon placement

-A ton of glitches, although not serious
-Finale cool, but too much
-Made it too easy with all the grenades and health

I beat this campaign on Advanced with bots. The entire campaign was awesome. Other than the glitches (a lot of them), my only issue was the finale. It was a great idea to send in 2 tanks at a time, but I personally wouldn't have done 4 tanks total. I would have kept it at 1 tank first, then 2 for the second round. Don't forget, once the rescue boat arrives, more tanks are spawned, so it is actually 5 or 6 tanks for the finale. The hordes lasted a lot longer than they needed to at the finale, so that became a bit annoying, but still fun. Campaign was actually easier than the original. Good job.

Another great "modified" port of the L4D1 campaigns. Nice work

- Excellent adaptation from L4D1, while maintaining it's lovable navigation throughout the map.
- Weapons were at the same spawns, making it balanced.
- Overall, amazing.

- Too few horde spawns. I felt like I was zooming through the map too quickly.
- WAY too many throwables and health.
- Weird crescendo event glitch on map three. You can just open and close the door and it activates the shutter to open.

Excellent, a few minor bugs, but easily fixed. Definite props to you. :) This is my favorite map on Left 4 Dead 1, and I loved to relive this map again. You win a thousand interwebz.

New weapons like the grenade launcher makes enemies on the last stage be killed faster. very similar to the original map. I like it.

It's quite easy.Not much zombies on where you would be sniping on the rooftop of the church.

there is a major bug where you have to operate the generator. the evac. door just opened and finished it without touching the generator. O.o

OVERALL GREAT.MUST DOWNLOAD FOR L4D1 FANS.

It's simply awesome!
I had a blast playing it.
But I need help, the skybox is checkerd (black squares and purple). So is the water in the second stage.
Other than that, it's a fun map =)

Great nostalgia.
Good use of lighting.
The dark. We need more dark L4D2 maps.
Classic design with good flow and sense of direction.
Versus capable.

Broken event at the church. This is the biggest problem.
In versus on map 3, if an SI spawns at the saferoom and climbs above the traincar onto the building, you can see through the top of the traincar and through the roof of the next building over.

Great in versus, a bit too easy in coop.
Despite the few errors, I like this more than ClamToll, as I think the flow and pace is much more solid, thus making it better for versus. With a few more tweaks (which I hope are comming), this will be on regular rotation for me.

-Very nostalgic feel.
-AMAZING adaptation of the Left 4 Dead campaign.
-Some parts of the map actually look better than in the original.
-Weapon spawns and ammo spawns, and SOME health spawns were placed like how they were in the original map.
-Really nice atmosphere

-The sky is a bit bright, maybe you can make the map even darker?
-The crescendo on the third map has the saferoom door jutting out from the wall.
-Certain parts had a few framerate drops, a little better optimization would be nice.
-A little too much throwables and health.

The only thing stopping me from giving this campaign a full 100 is the framerate drops at certain points, the sticking out door, slightly bright sky, and extra throwables and health. But the pros greatly outweigh the cons, overall, I must say that this campaign is great and must-download for the Left 4 Dead fans, and the people who only own Left 4 Dead 2 who want a taste of the old.

-the sky was plain black an didnt have clouds or anything an it made distant scenery look wierd
-outside the church needs more wandering and idle zombies in the open area infront of the store
-u can get into the church saferoom without having to alarm a horde first
purple and black checkered sky in first map and in the sewers map, wen u go down the ladder, that water was purple an black checkered as well

overall i like this map cuz its original and fun an one of my favs in the first l4d, needs a little work tho

- No graphic bugs.
- Musics !!!

- Not enough zombie. (try to change z_mob_populatuion_density)
- Second level, the hord comes too late after activating the button.
- More bright than the L4D1 version. (disturbing for the finale, when we look at the town on fire.)
- Too much bile jar, pipe, molis, etc !!!
- The poster needs a bit of work.
- There is a big "ERROR" model at the finale in the little house after crossing the road.

Great great great ! I'm waiting for dedicated servers for this campaign. But some bugs have to be fixed.

Looks just like Death Toll.
Intro the same as Left 4 Dead.
Lighting.
Texture and detail.
No troubles with the finale.
Holy cow Left 4 Dead 1 INFECTED !!!
Weapons and other items are well placed.
Same car placement as on the first.

Some placements are wrong.
Boat takes a little too long to come in and rescue you.
The river in the beginning is wrong.

This map is fair made and well done. I give it a 90

I found no bugs or glitches playing this.
Identical to the l4d1 Death Toll.
Npc's don't seem to have any bugs.
The best recreation of a l4d1 map i have seen so far.

I saw one error when playing.
Too many medkits and pills about. Also, far too many bile bombs.
The gauntlet at the church is too short, one horde wave is not enough.

Best remake of a L4D1 map i have ever seen. It is completely identical in my eyes, i enjoyed playing this alot.
