Plot: The survivors have escaped from the zombies by using a boat, but an incident forced them to dock.
The army seems to be here, but they quickly notice that they cannot count on them...
What happened to that boat? What to do? Where to go? Will survivors survive again? o_O

Dead Before Dawn: Director's Cut is an update of DBD including more mall, more zombies and more events! It includes our "deleted" map Undead center, which you'll be able to finally play as full release version!

Released more than three years ago, so it's pretty basic, our first map :) You must hold on in a bunker armed to the teeth. You have more than ordinary weapons. Close the doors of the bunker for a while, press a button to burn a lot of zombies, and activate neurotoxic gas which is lethal for zombies
The Survivors have heard that they can be safe outside the city. The only way out of the city however, is to fight through it.

Redemption takes place midway through the L4D comic strip, it continues the story after the survivors flee the military base they were taken to after blood harvest and that leads to the Sacrifice campaign.
The campaign includes:

Which will swallow you first: the hordes or the darkness? Will you bite the bullet or submit to the contagion? These questions, and perhaps some answers, will be answered between 2 subway stations; each with a story to tell.
Survive or submit.

okay, someone report the withes problem, I will remove this and update soon, thanks for your playing!! The next update will last to next year summer! But I still think the witches are not problem if I am member of valve to design it. Just give some smart skills to avoid or kill them.
Set in a small town, this map features several defendable positions with mounted machine guns, chainsaws and m60s. Unlimited health, pipe bombs and molotovs help keep you going. Depending on where you hold up, you can live anywhere between 3 - 60 minutes.
Following the events of Crash Course the survivors find themselves trapped on a free-way intersection surrounded by the infected horde. If it seemed like the world was coming to an end before it certainly does now! Volcanic activity has suddenly started occuring on a massive scale resulting in deadly lava flows and destructive earthquakes.
Breaking down on an unstable freeway during an earthquake just adds to the string of bad luck the downtrodden survivors have dealt with! Now they must fight their way off the freeway. But once they reach the ground they'll have to watch out for lava flow.......

This is a l4d2 port of my very old l4d1 campaign.
KNOWN BUG: If on the first map you are stuck and cannot move, vote to restart the campaign, and the opening cutscene should play properly after that.

This is solely a port to make it functional with L4d2. It is not meant to be detailed campaign, only a re-release of one of my very first l4d campaigns for friends to play. Keep this in mind before rating please.

Originally conceived and heavily tested as a versus campaign, version 2 constitutes a pretty big env. art pass, a significant addition of custom content, and small tweaks to the geometry for both vs. and coop. I'm interested in gameplay feedback at all levels of difficulty, specifically for coop, and will steer future updates in that direction. This is still a versus campaign at heart...if you get a chance, play it that way. For those who think vanilla versus is a bit too kind to the survivors, disable the survivor handicapping in confogl and alternatively try this approach. There's still lots to do (and perhaps a map to add), but i think this thing is ready to be called version 2.
The survivors killed the helicopter pilot that was turned into a zombie. They landed in an infected area and will have to search for a rescue vehicle. Director will show you some different ways to go through the entire levels, some of them with 3 different ways to complete them.
There are various environments on this (in development) campaign and a great variety of buildings to see. If it's the first time playing this campaign, I recommend you to restart the instructor to help you in the events. For that, type this in console: gameinstructor_reset_counts
