Pros:

-All Mutations whenever you want to play them.
-Custom Mutations for more action.
-Nearly endless fun.
-Great for mutation fans.

Cons:

None in my opinion.

Conclusion:

Great mod for anyone who would like all the old mutations plus new ones.
